Time is flying way too fast.. WAY TOO FAST!
I just saw one of friend on Facebook posting "Happy Christmas Eve!" on the status bar and I was like.. Shocked - actually more like saddened by the fact that its really Christmas Eve today. :(
Well that's just mainly because I though Christmas Eve is still about 3 or 4 days away and I still have quite some time to enjoy my holidays. Yes, I should feel good that its Christmas Eve because its a day we all get to have fun. But, time is just flying tremendously fast at the moment and just a few days more, my nightmare in entering Form 3 will officially begin...
So I'll just enjoy Christmas Eve today and then the wonderful Christmas the day after.. and lastly, start preparing for the Year of Nightmare. For now, Happy Christmas Eve folks! :)

Winter Solstice Eve!
Its Winter Solstice Eve today! And yeah, the shadows of Christmas are definitely lurking beyond us :)
The Winter Solstive Festival is called DongZhi Festival in Chinese, its one of the most important festivals celebrated by the Chinese and other East Asians. Traditionally, a big majority of the Chinese families will enjoy eating the balls of glutinous rice, Tāng Yuán in Chinese, which symbolizes family unity and prosperity.
So I would like to wish everyone a Happy Winter Solstice and hope you guys enjoy a blasting day with your families! Happy eating 'TangYuans" as well :D
Ps. - Keep an eye on Christmas, its coming soon!

Christmas Coming!
The Christmas is around the corner and we are just days away! And I also realized something really awful today, which is - the holidays will only last for another short 15 days.. Its really sad as my friends and I will be suffering in a Living Hell when school reopens next year, mainly because we will be sitting for our major PMR exam, which means we'll be putting all the emphasis on our studies. No more games, no more computer, no more PS2, darn it, it really is going be a Living Hell.
So I guess I'll better be enjoying the final 15 days, before I officially start the World War 3 and keep an eye on Santa Claus everyone! Christmas is coming!

Arsenal Beaten!
Arsenal were disappointingly defeated 1-0 at Old Trafford earlier today after a strike from Korean international, Park Ji Sung, was enough to bring Manchester United to the top of the Barclays Premier League standings.

Big Match Coming Up
The match between the 2 arch rivals from the Barclays Premier League, Arsenal and Manchester United, will be broadcasted live on television later at approximately 4a.m. It will definitely be a fierce encounter between this two as Patrice Evra has already taunted The Gunners are only like Manchester United's training ground but his manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, has ordered his team to take Arsenal seriously. Words are strong, but actions speak louder, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger did not make reply to Patrice Evra's verbal conduct on his team as Wenger is in a buoyant mood heading into what he terms a "pivotal" Christmas period. His team have suffered 4 defeats this season, while Manchester United are going into this match with an impressive unbeaten record.
I will be watching this interesting fixture supporting Arsenal, as you all know, I'm a Liverpool fan so I never supported Manchester United and NEVER will. Basically, Arsenal plays more attractive and beautiful football than Manchester United so I hope they'll get to crush the Manchester dudes.

Mum's Birthday Today!
I would like to wish my beloved mum Happy Birthday as The Queen turns 40 today! Once the clock ticked past 12 in midnight, I've decided to give my mum a special surprise by turning off all the lights and then wish her a very Happy Birthday. Well when everything was set up, I knocked on her room door and then went rushing downstairs in the dark. As usual, my dad would ask whose out there from inside his room, but I didn't answer. This went on for almost 2 minutes when he started getting a little pissed and also, worried.. very very worried. He was like, "Yaowen, are you alright! Yaowen, answer me please!", and I still didn't make a tiny voice. In the end, I did just say Open The Damn Door, because I'm afraid if I don't, my dad won't have the guts to do so till the sun rises..he was too worried that a thief broke in and me got me tied up.. And I was like, Ughhhhh, thats just Lame. =.=" Dad ruined the whole shit.
Anyway we had supper together at a sandwich restaurant and the food there was scrumptious. Dad intended to bring us all to Singapore next year during Chinese New Year so I was quite happy despite the fact that he ruined the surprise earlier that day. I hope that my mum really enjoyed her blasting day :)

2nd Place, Magnificent Job!
Meanwhile, well done to the tiny Singaporeans, Michelle and Claire, for finishing 2nd! I bet everyone though they were down and out when they failed to get the flight tickets, which caused them dearly as they arrived at Singapore a massive 10 hours later then the other 2 teams. Despite the odds stacked all against them, they didn't give up and Michelle's unbelievable persistence and never-say-die spirit was the major key point of them overtaking the Indonesians, Natasha and Hussein, at a Detour task which Hussein couldn't battle over his fear (and being forced to take a 4 hour penalty). The 4 hour penalty applied on Natasha and Hussein initially gave The Richards a very healthy lead to take top spot. The Richards then went fighting on, maintaining their lead and were first to step onto the pit-stop.
Anyway, I believe should Singapore are very proud of Michelle and Claire.. even I am! Michelle, Yes, especially Michelle.. really inspired me throughout the race, and her performance at the final leg was a definitely a 10 out of 10. Well done everyone!

What A Trip!
I have just finished a cool shower after returning home from a family trip at Sunway Lagoon, at Kuala Lumpur. I will use 1 word to describe the Sunway Lagoon theme park - Amazing... absolutely Amazing. The roller-coasters there were quite catchy, and the water park was spectacular. The giant slides were full of thrills and fun! So to be honest, I feel that its actually worth coming to Sunway Lagoon and have endless fun instead of sitting at home watching the finale of The Amazing Race Asia 4. And no wonder Sunway Lagoon has been voted Asia's Most Attractive Theme Park.
So I'll be catching The Amazing Race Asia 4's season finale at 7 later in the evening. I'm really praying for Michelle and Claire to win.. Anyway I'll be uploading some pictures that I've took in Sunway Lagoon soon.
Guys, if you guys are spending the holidays through extreme boredom each day.. I hereby, strongly recommend you to feel the fun at Sunway Lagoon :-)

Liverpool 3-0 Aston Villa
Liverpool put up the performance of the month so far with an impressive 3-0 victory over Aston Villa. The Reds have done a satisfacted revenge after going down to the same team 3-1 at the start of the season. Goals from Ryan Babel, Maxi Rodriguez and David Ngog were quite enough to seal all 3 points for Liverpool. Meanwhile, Raul Meireles, a summer signing from Porto, seemed to be living up to his expectations lately after putting in wonderful performances on the pitch week after week. He was brought in to replace Xabi Alonso, who has departed the club to join Real Madrid last season, but from what I'm seeing at the moment, he is already playing better football than Xabi Alonso (who just received a red card for unsportive actions and time-wasting lately in the Champions League).

Sunway Tomorrow - Possibly Missing Amazing Race Asia's Finale
I'll be departing for Sunway Lagoon early in the morning tomorrow. Dad decided to bring us all there for a family trip. And so there goes the good news - I'll get to have a fun time with my family.
I'm not going to say the Bad news, because the fact that its more like THE AWFUL NEWS. There is a very big possibility that I'm going to miss the long-awaited finale of The Amazing Race Asia 4. Chances of me getting to catch the thrilling showdown episode is going to be, what I would say, extremely low. Well my parents might say, "Okay, okay, don't worry about it because you can catch the replay.". But OH COME ON... ITS THE DAMN FINALE and you guys won't know how dreadful it is to miss it once it's broadcasted on TV.
Anyway I just hope my favorite team, Michelle and Claire, do walk away with the 100 thousand US Dollars after the race.
GO MICHELLE AND CLAIRE!

Worked at Dad's Shop
Its been another half-a-day of misery as I had to help my dad at his shop due to the absence of his assistant. I've been working at his jewelry shop for a few days since the awesome holidays kicked off. People often say that it sucks a lot if you're employed for a bad job with low pay. Well I have totally no words to describe my job, which is the WORST job with NO pay. I had to go through exceptionally slow hours as time flows unbelievably slow. Actually I don't get why on earth my dad wants me working at his shop. Yes, its good that I get to spend more time with him, but.. I don't know anything about Gemological nor Sapphire stuffs, just anything to do with jewelries.
So I'm just praying for some kind people to turn up during the interview session at the moment. Hopefully ..Because this would be such a wonderful thing you guys can do.

New Blog!
Hello everyone, welcome to my new blog! Basically I created this blog because my old Gmail account got hacked, causing my previous blog to be closed down. It does feel quite weird to step into a new world as this one still not so well-decorated yet. But I'm pretty sure it'll just be a matter of time before everything is completed.. So I guess I'll start the work now, cheers! =)
